The controversy unfolded as photos of Bawaji’s battered body circulated online, accompanied by screenshots of her accusing Portable of the assault.
The disturbing images and accusations surfaced on the platform of controversial blogger Gistlover, prompting widespread concern and condemnation from fans and the public alike.
However, Bawaji swiftly addressed the situation through an Instagram Live session, expressing skepticism about the authenticity of the information being disseminated.
During the live session, Bawaji questioned the credibility of the source and challenged Gistlover to provide concrete evidence, particularly a video supporting the claims of physical abuse.
In her defense, she adamantly refuted any suggestion that Portable had subjected her to violence. Instead, she asserted that there is an orchestrated attempt to tarnish her husband’s career and reputation.
