A mother has been arrested by the Rivers State police command for brutally assaulting her son. HGS Media Plus gathered.
Mrs. Mariam Stephen, aged 37 was arrested shortly after a complain was flied against her on Sunday evening, July 30 regarding assaulting on her son named Covenant.
The arrested was conducted by Harrison Gwamnishu, a human rights activist who received the complain, led by Comrade Adebayo Steve and his team.
The suspect is currently in police custody at the Special Area Rumukoro, Port harcourt where she will be charged to court.
