In a devastating incident, Access Bank CEO, Herbert Wigwe, his wife, son, and three others lost their lives in a fatal helicopter crash near Boulder City, between Nevada and California.
The crash occurred around 10 pm on Friday, shortly before reaching their destination in Las Vegas.
The group, which also included the group chairman of the Nigeria Export Group, Abimbola Ogunbajo, took off from Palm Springs airport at 8:45 pm.
Unfortunately, there were no survivors, and all passengers died on the spot. Herbert Wigwe, 57, had been the CEO and managing director of Access Bank Holdings.
