Man Records Suspected Kidnapping Of A Lady In Broad Daylight
In a chilling incident on New Year’s Day, a vigilant man in Lagos took to X (formerly Twitter) to post a video of what he believed to be a suspected kidnapping.
The video captured a disturbing scene as a lady inside a vehicle attempted to escape from the back seat, seemingly restrained by anther person.
The video footage showed the driver exiting the vehicle, reaching the back seat, and activating the child lock to prevent the lady from opening the door. Swiftly, the driver returned to the front seat and sped away.
The social media user responsible for sharing the video took a proactive step by tagging the police for immediate action. However, the response from DSP Bright Edafe, PPRO raised questions about the effectiveness of such online reporting.

However, in a follow-up comment, the user defended hos actions, stating that he had indeed raised an alarm and attempted to involve local individuals, but faced hesitation.
