A landlord has got many citizens talking after he unleashed his dog on his tenant over delay to pay N45,000 debt. HGS Media Plus gathered.
According to report from eyewitnesses, problem started when the tenant humbly asked why he was locked out for 2 hours.
It was gathered that the questions raised an argument which consequently prompted the landlord to unleash his dog on the tenant.
It is alleged that the landlord a notorious and ruthless person.
