Man On NYSC Uniform Seen Pushing Truck Loaded With Plastic Bottles
A man with the National Youth Service Corps, NYSC uniform was seen pushing a truck loaded with plastic bottles in Port Harcourt.
The man was seen at Choba area of Port Harcourt on Tuesday morning, August 2.
An witness said the plastic bottles are probably for recycling.
