Employer Plucks The Eyes Of 16-Year-Old In Bauchi
One Abraham is currently on the run after plucking out the eyes of a 16-year-old boy, Uzairu Salisu.
The incident happened on Thursday, June 23 in the Dutsen Jira of Yelwa area of the State.
It was gathered that the suspect of Rafin Zurfi lured the victim of kwanan Gulmammu Jahun Quarters to a bush for a menial job in his farm.
The suspect was said to have used a cable wire to strangle the victim and subsequently remove his two eyes.
Spokesman of the command, SP Ahmed Mohammed Wakili who comfirmed the incident said it was reported to the police by the village head.
He said the victim is currently in the Abubakar Tafawabalewa Teaching Hospital Bauchi (ATBUTH) receiving medical attention while efforts are being made to arrest the suspect.
