Suspected Fulani Herdsmen Kill 12 Persons In Benue Community

Over twelve persons including women and children have been killed in an unprovoked attack by suspected fulani herdsmen in Benue community.

The attack took place on Monday, April 11 at about 11pm in Tiortyu community in Tarka Local Government Area of Benue State.

Twelve persons have been confirmed dead while others who sustained gun shot injuries are being treated at the NKST Christian Hospital in Uchi.

In provocation, the Makurdi-Gboko-Calabar road has been blocked with bodies of the victims by angry youths.
