At least six persons including a Pastor has reportedly died in a boat mishap that happened in Ogbeinbiri community in the Southern Ijaw council area of Bayelsa State.
The victims involves a 39-year-old Pastor identified as Salvation Degemy, the General overseer of one Supernatural Church of God located in the community, a man, his sick wife and relatives.
The incident which involved two speeding boats happened on Friday, December 31, around 1:30 am in Ogbeinbiri community
It was gathered that the sick lady who was admitted at the Cottage Hospital in Ogbibiri ran out of Oxygen and was being taken to the Federal Medical Centre in Yenagoa for another oxygen when the incident happened.
It was also gathered that the late pastor was on the journey to offer prayers for the sick lady.
