A residential building at Gaa Duroyi Akewusola, Amoyo town, Ifelodun Local Government Area of Kwara State has been gutted by fire.
The incident happened on Monday, December 13 at about 7pm.
The incident was as a result of electric power surge. HGS Media Plus gathered.
Confirming the incident, Director of the Kwara State Fire Service, Prince Falade John Olumuyiwa, urged the general public to always call the fire brigade on time whenever there is fire incident in their neighborhoods.
He also advised residents never to play with anything concerning electricity in the event of a fire disaster.
