At least three person have been confirmed dead in a multiple auto crash in Kwara State. HGS Media Plus gathered.
The incident happened on Thursday evening, November 11 along IIorin-jebba expressway near Shao junction in Kwara State.
The incident which was said to be caused by a speed violation between two vehicles involved seven persons including five males and two females.
The vehicles involves a white colour commercial Iveco trailer with the registration number T-0341KT and a red colour commercial salon Toyota Corolla car with registration number AFN 274 NY. The drivers of this vehicles were said to have either have no national driver’s licence or were not available.
Confirming the incident, Jonathan Owoade, the state sector commander of (FRSC), said that the victims of the crash had been taken to a nearby clinic, while the corpses were deposited at the University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital (UITH) morgue.
